Our department of highly experienced Telemarketeers make direct contact with outlets as part of an "office based sales team".

They undertake a multitude of tasks including distribution checks, the taking of orders for products, sellings in promotional campaigns and mail shot, effectiveness follow ups. Working in teams of four or eight, each team is intensively trained and briefed to individual client specifications.

Every project is closely managed and continually reviewed in order to optimise call rates, decision maker contacts, script effectiveness and individual achievement levels. All aspects are trailled within a test phase (or recommended test project) so that variances can be quickly identified and remedial action take.
